Sorry to all of you who had problems, and it's good to see you know THEY are the bad ones, not you! Consider the source, my Grandma used to say. But I know when it's happening at the time, nothing helps. Hold on Sonot, you will get out of that crappy town! 3 years will seem like no time someday. And my daughter is a senior with 3 months to go and she's acting like it's forever. One day it will all be a long time ago.

My daughter is dealing with a mean girl right now at her school. This girl is all 'nice' one minute - and then trying to ridicule my daughetr the next. i have told my daughetr in no uncertain terms that she doesnt need negativity like that in her life. I have told her to say - next time this freak speaks to her- 'You know what? Please just go away and dont try to associate with me again. you are not the type of person i want to be friends with.' I mean this girl thinks EVERYONE WANTS to be friends with her - so a comment like that would really get to her. My daughter said 'She'd just laugh in my face'...so I said, 'So what? Tell her to go ahead if it made her feel better. She wouldnt be laughing for long...she wouldn't be laughing inside....and she'd gain respect for you - even if she wouldnt admit it'
