That's a question for me!
The reason why Anakin's crying is because he's aware he had to carry out a deed which was terribly wrong, but had to go through it if he wanted to get what Palpatine promised to him. He's crying over guilt to have committed a massacre in the idea to protect his family, and how wrong this was is jumping at his face once it's been done. Therein the cries, Dear.
Kisses,
Sam.

ok i agree with sam and padmeskywalker, i also think that he was crying because he had realized what he had done, and it was like the moment he realized like obi wan later says " he has become the very thing he wanted to destroy", and also lucas said in the ROTS comments it's at that moment when he realizes what he had done, and thar he also realizes that padme will not follow him in the path he choose

totally agree with juliskywalker, PadmeSkywalker, samantha. he relized what he did and became the thing he promised to destroy. And relizing that padme wouldn't follow him didnt make thing better! AHHH THE SADNESS!

He was extremely remorseful and knew he was wrong.
