You are so right....if he is the father, why appeal? Lawyers are good at stalling court processes. It is all part of the game.....if you stall long enough the other party may give up and you win.
I didn't hear about the mother not paying the lawyer bills in the Bahamas.

Now HKS has moved to permenantly delay the inquest into Daniel's death! WHAT is going on?! This guy OBVIOUSLY is not the father of the baby and IS worried about something in the case of Daniel's drug overdose (and probably Anna's too!), he's living in a house that doesn't belong to him- or Anna Nicole- that he's been evicted from time and time again but he never leaves! WHO IS THIS GUY and why does he keep getting away with this stuff? Is he using his ET money to pay off the Bahamian legal system? I can't believe it.

Now they say he's hiring the Jon Benet Ramsey lawyer, oh no. ET made him rich so he can pay for these crooked lawyers. Virgie and Larry are going broke. I hope he can't delay the DNA tests anymore.
You know, I hate HKS's family. They are so mean, and conniving. They are so cruel to ANS's family. This is like a bad soap opera with him as the villain!
BTW I wrote a very silly ANS/ROTS crossover, you'll probably get the jokes if you ever get time to read it ("Who's Your Daddy") I think most people can't stand what I turned Padme into (ANS/Britney) but it's just a story and it's only for fun (later Anakin will have the 'purgatory' nightmares ANS had which will lead to the "Bill and Ted Bogus Journey" tie in and crossover to that too. Sigh I'm nuts)

That sounds great. I will carve out some time to read it next week.
Tune in Tuesday to get the dna results! It is so sad that these innocent people (Larry/Virgie) have to deal with this scum (hks) and can't grieve in peace.
I haven't heard anything local on this lately. I think the local media is trying to stay clear of it since it is covered on the networks/tabloid shows.

IT'S LARRY!! Yay! Larry is the father, I'm soooo sorry HKS!  But HKS still won't hand her over! He's invited Larry to come stay in 'his' house (the one he's squatting in with his jobless relatives) and have a 30 day 'transition.' I do NOT trust him. If I were Larry I'd take Dannielynn and go home! |

Thirty days is too long........get her and go. HKS is staying in the Bahamas so "AN and Danny won't be alone". Makes one wonder what he is hiding from......otherwise, why not go back to the US?
I am happy for Larry...I always thought he was the father.
Did you see that AN's sister wrote a book? Everyone is trying to cash in!

It is too long! What can happen now, will HKS hide the baby? Come up with something else to stall? I'd feel so much better if Larry could take her now!
I hear that Stern's sister was so 'heartbroken' by the news she cancelled her appearance on Larry King last night- I guess she couldn't stand having to face being wrong after she was such an arrogant and mean spirited female dog. She can eat crow now!

Now I see on Nancy Grace that HKS is claiming ANS only had $10,000, suuure. He's a crooked lawyer and he's laundering the money to hide it from her creditors as well as Larry and Virgie. My own brother did this with my Mom's money after she passed. He even lied and told me she didn't have any money but I knew better because she'd just sold the family home and had all that cash in the bank. Greed will turn people to the dark side very fast. No wonder HKS gave up the baby so easily, he must have had all her passwords and acct. numbers and he likely stuffed her assets in his name all over the place. I'm glad Ford Shelley got what he could of hers out of that house before HKS grabbed it. Is HKS still in there or did Shelley finally get him out?
And has anyone heard or seen Larry and the baby lately? They seem to have dropped off the radar for now.

What happened to her jewelry? Marshall bought her tons of jewelry and she had a house in California that when sold will make a profit. I agree, he has the money stashed.
I am still slinging it out with my greedy brother also!

Oh you know he's hid it somewhere and lying. He was with her all that time when she was messed up and probably didn't even half know what was going on. No telling what all he's done but you'd better believe it's crooked and sneaky. He's probably going to even hide it from the baby!
