Very good question, for I thought than the addresses of the celebrities were meant to remain confidentials, and only accessible to people related to the show business, for that's how this address should have been, if it's really his.
Neither do I, honestly! I appreciate vey much Hayden, and it would be rather very inappropriate to dare pick up the phone and give a call, story to check it out. Because you never know, something might be up as you do, celebrities are no different of us. They're humans, too.
To conclude, I'm pasting this address on a Word file I'll add to the folder meant for him, and that's it. Thanks anyway, Annie.

The weird thing is, the ordinary people I looked up (friends, relatives, even myself) were marked confidential, but the famous people I looked up (actors and football players) weren't! Maybe the famous ones didn't know enough about it to ask for it to be confidential. There's a place to click at the bottom of the page that says 'privacy questions? remove this listing' but the person whose name is on it is the only one who can have it taken down. I bet he doesn't even know.

IMO lets start he lives in Canada I don't know exactly how the area coding and actual numbers work but, the area code is a US code..not sure the exact but I think it is a CA. area code..and number..
as for the address..Celebrities numbers are unlisted..they don't give them out nor do the people they associate or work for them..if someone leaked this out it could be dangerous for him..or anyone who should live at that address..or phone number..I think it is a prank someone is using to get attention drawn to a website..
Granted I'm new but.. I don't think I would keep the address and number up just as a percausion..
