Wow....10 Kingdoms does sound familiar, but i'm not sure if I ever saw it..or read it, if they have a book series on it...but this is making me want to...I can't wait to read more of it..I love Wolf's idea of helping Anakin and Padme..

I remember the TV miniseries on this it was about a fairly tale type land and present day people who traveled there. If they can use dimensional travel they can get to the Star wars galaxy their own way and help! They have two months, will it be enough? More please!

I really like this idea and the way you're telling it! I loved the dialogue between the characters, it was like being in the room with them. You bring up some very interesting paralells that are going to work well with the ROTS story. So they're both pregnant, and with strange circumstances, and the fairy tale ways can find a way to get there and change things. There will surely be a lot of adventure along the way, and danger too as they go into space. This is going to be fun!
Oh and good to see you writing more! You have very good ideas, keep them coming!

Great beginning, crystalcat! I absolutely LOVE the way you have with words and how you are portraying Wolf. (I'm assuming he actually looks like a wolf, since you mention him pawing at his ear and his tail drooping!) Wolf is so cute in his eagerness to start right away; I bet he doesn't get back to sleep.

This is fabulous! This kind of stuff provides the background (mystery though it is, to me), which creates the tapestry on which your story is written. Wonderful.
You are so good at writing, that I am able to picture everyone and their actions and expressions. I'm very happy you came here to tell us stories like this!

(I'm assuming he actually looks like a wolf, since you mention him pawing at his ear and his tail drooping!) Actually, with his clothes on, he looks like a man (when it isn't full moon). But he has a tail all the time and some of the physical habits of wolves (like the pawing at his ear, shaking himself dry, growling when he's irritated, etc.) I put a picture of them for my signature. Glad you like it and aren't too lost ... |

I'm curious of the actual show though Tenth Kingdom? How did they know to go and help someone in the past (fairy tale, etc.) I mean Quantum Leap he just leaped there and knew he had to change something in history......
Any info you can guide me too I would love to read up on it.......
I DO love this story...... just want to know more about wolf and Virginia.....

Oh this is so much fun! The dwarf can do galaxies after all, but the planet's name will have to do. So mirrors are magic like in Snow White in their world, that's a good idea. But they need a key? Are they going to have to go on a quest for that? Very entertaining story, I like it a lot!

You did a fantastic job of explaining how it all works! I love that it's all real, the fairy tales, and Star Wars, and even George Lucas had found the galaxy that way too. You thought of everything, even finding a way to keep bugs and creatures from following them back, and that because there were creatures from all over there, they would not seem weird in the crowd, not even Wolf!
And so now they see Coruscant, and the temple, and are stepping through! I am very anxious to see what you have planned for them and Anakin!

This is even more magical than Star Wars and anything can happen. Will the two worlds merge, fairy tales and that far away galaxy? Virginia has already become a part of both the fairy tale and real worlds, now she can expand to another universe. Fantasy is great that way because the possibilities are endless.
