Oh, good chapter, RT. I'm so happy that Vader is looking like Anakin again. How will he get his hair back? I wonder if the cloners can do anything about that? It's great that you have Luke beginning to trust Piett, sensing that he can trust him. But now the Emperor is coming! I think Vader should put the suit back on so the Emperor doesn't know what has happened to him.

Very good descriptions of his condition, their feelings, and the waiting! Then the results! Sounds very good, but why not give him hair too? Surely they can grow some?I am glad they got to see him looking young and healthy, and know the man he was!
But Palps is coming! Oh no! And then a problem-eek! What's wrong with him?

Oh, my, what a cliffhanger! He's physically remade now, but unconscious. What does the emperor know or suspect? Is he coming to prevent Vader from cloning his organs (too late!!!). Piett will help Luke & Leia escape, but how will he hide his duplicity from the emperor? Are they going to wake Vader up and tell him?
No, don't answer these questions in the comments column - I'm only asking them rhetorically - you'll answer them as your story unfolds (or not, if they don't apply). I'm just so hooked, and agonizing because I can't read the next part yet. If it was a book, I'd be staying up all night turning the pages...

This is SO GOOD! I never would have expected Palps to have the kids kidnapped! Now poor Anakin in his weak condition must save them! Like Luke said he doesn't want them dead, he wants to make them serve him! I am so happy Anakin said Palps is not his master anymore- and has made force contact with the kids! I'm hanging on my seat here!

Oh, my goodness - could you possibly be going to do what I suspect you might? Is Leia going to have to learn to forgive her father the HARD way? No, don't answer me, one way or the other - just speculating! And I'll enjoy the story no matter what you've got planned.

OH! I don't want to post any spoilers for those who are still on the earlier chapters, but WOW the most recent turn of events is thrilling! And it seems Leia is seeing more in her father than she had before, and found HERSELF about to do anything Palps asked to save Padme! Now he must save the WHOLE family! Very good and exciting, great tale!

Go Padme!!! I hope she is all right, though. At least Anakin is a little less blinded by his terror about her than he was 20 years ago ... But what about Leia? Wait until she finds out he turned essentially for what she was about to offer herself for!
And of course the old piece of ____ isn't dead! They won't get another chance to take him by surprise like that, either, unfortunately, but then the story is longer that way ...
You really had me going, "Oh, no, she's falling for it, NOOOOO ..."
Please post the next part soon!

Chapter 17: How emotional and exciting! It was better than any of the football games today! I also liked some of the ironic use of famous movie lines. Good for Anakin! (he'd have been hotter to imagine with hair though lol!) I enjoyed the way he did the deed, the lines, theh whole action sequence, the memories, just great!
I sure hope Luke and Padme are going to be okay!
