I hope there is more soon!
Got a question for you: Is this another look at your first story, from a different angle? Or is it another story entirely? Not that I prefer one over the other; you're a great storyteller - either is fine. Just curious.

It's a different story, though the subject matter, ie Vader/Anakin, is the same.

So this is a different Vader from the first story, but your 'name is Anakin' story is the same one as Memoires, right?
Very interesting angle! Now he knows about Luke and strongly suspects Leia! Good! And he's going to Naboo, can Padme still be alive? Will this change him from the evil Vader of the rest of the OT? Please post more!!

I'm confused....... this is like Memoirs, but he's already figured out that Leia is his also and he's going to Naboo, so this will be different right?

"I'm a Person and my name is Anakin" is the prequel to "Memoires of the Chosen One"- told from Anakin's point of view. The prequel starts just before AOTC and will go up until the end of ROTS (and maybe beyond). "REMADE" is a totally different story. It does deal with Vader, but the course of events is totally different. It starts during the events of TESB, but it changes the outcome of that movie.

A totally different scenario for Vader and his family then! So he goes to her grave and finds out she's been faking her death! This opens a lot more questions for him, do the kids know? I am really interested to see what this is going to do to him. I can't imagine Vader being interested in blowing stuff up now that he knows this. Please tell us more!

Oh good, he's figured out Palps is a liar! No more "yes master"! He's going to Kamino hopefully to be free of the suit. How frustrated he must feel for all those years of emotional and physical pain because Palps wanted to use him! Oh, kill him now!

I'm so glad to read more from you! This is really good, the subject matter is the same as Memoires, but it's going to go in a different direction, I can't wait to find out what is going to happen! I am so glad Vader has seen the truth about Palpatine. He knows Palpatine is nothing but a liar now! I can't blame him for feeling the way he does. All these years, all the suffering, all the pain, was because of the lies of Palpatine! I hate him! Kill him Vader!!! Its what he deserves! I like how he goes to Naboo, and sees Padme is not in her coffin. I was almost worried she would be for a moment, I was so happy she wasn't there! Is she alive? Where is she? Do the children know she's alive? It makes me feel so bad for Vader, Palpatine lied to him so much! Making him think he killed her, but he didn't! Anakin knows Luke is his son as well, and he is strongly suspecting Leia. He can see how much she looks like her mother and him. Its terrible what he did to her..but I know he is really sorry..will Leia be able to forgive him when she learns the truth? I'm really glad Piett is in the story again, and one of the few who understands Vader. I hope he will be able to help Vader one day to! And find the right side! Vader really trusts him to. Piett's a really good man and I really enjoy reading about him. And so Vader has went to Kamino! I am glad they can help him! Makes me so mad at Palpatine for keeping such things like that secret for so long! I hope they can do it, and make him how he was in his youth. I hope he survives it! He has to! It won't be easy, what they have to do sounds very painful! Beautiful memory of Padme he has while sleeping to. I worry, will Padme hate him when she sees him? Will she be able to forgive him? Excellent Story so far TheRealThing! Post more!

Oh, my. He sees everything clearly now - 20 years later. But he's still committed to turning Luke (and Leia) to the dark side. No choice yet to return to the light ... Although you did give a bit of hope when he was on Kamino and inadvertently used a Jedi technique to rid himself of pain (something a Sith shouldn't want to do).
Can't wait to see what you have cooked up on Hoth - and what else Piett is going to discover. And like Saphira said, is it only Vader who is different in this version, or do Luke & Leia know other things as well?

Luke and Leia don't know anything at this point. The way they find out about Vader is quite different from the way they do in the movie. thanks for reading it.

He's going to have the operation! Good! And Piett is getting nosey, what will this mean? Anakin knows everyone thinks he's dead, that will make it safe to return if no one knows he's Vader! Good job again!

Good story, I understand now...... sometimes it takes a while to get through my thick skull.....
I like that Vader is "fixing" himself..... he knows Padme is alive, can't wait to find out how Luke and Leia find out that he is their father!
